New York Attorney General Letitia James has reached an agreement with Major Energy Services, LLC. The Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York (“NYAG”) has determined that New York consumers are eligible to receive payments as compensation for money lost due to this company’s deceptive business practices.  

The Restitution payment is a consequence of enforcement action against Major Energy Services, LLC. In December 2022, Major Energy Services, LLC entered into Assurance of Discontinuance (“Assurance”) with the NYAG and agreed to pay the sum of $1,500,000 to be used by the NYAG for restitution to certain current and former residential and commercial Major Energy Services, LLC consumers and the administrative costs of said restitution.

If you received a notice, the New York Attorney General has identified you as eligible to receive compensation under the Major Energy agreement. More information about NYAG investigation can be found in the document section of this website, as well as the NYAG website.

You do not need to do anything to receive payment. However, it is very important that we have your correct address and contact information.
